Procedure: how to create a scarf for your club
By means of these steps you will go from the idea to perfect scarves for your club.
Choice of size and fabric
Depending on the club, different scarves are in demand – from this derives the choice of fabric and size. For example, an important criterion may be that the scarf should be as light as possible, or that it can be worn by both men and women. GetYourScarf will be happy to advise you in this regard and provide you with a sample folder with sample fabrics. Use this form to do so.
Experience has shown that scarves made of chiffon silk, georgette silk or crêpe de chine silk are particularly suitable for clubs and orchestras. These materials are relatively light and the printed motif is clearly visible on both sides of the scarf (strong print through). Typical scarf sizes are 33 cm x 160 cm, 45 cm x 160 cm or 45 cm x 180 cm. If the scarf is to be placed only around the neck (often seen with choir members), a maximum length of 160 cm is recommended.
