1. Order / Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, orders placed with GetYourScarf will only be processed after receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.
The scarves are printed by a partner company in Italy. Depending on the workload of this supplier, delivery times may vary. On average, delivery takes approximately 3–5 weeks. GetYourScarf assumes no liability for delayed deliveries and does not guarantee specific requested delivery dates.
GetYourScarf reserves the right not to print certain designs or to refuse execution of orders. This includes, for example, depictions of violence.
2. Right of Return / Exchange
The return of ordered scarves is excluded. GetYourScarf assumes no liability for defects in printed scarves resulting from the design submitted by the customer (template as an image file). This includes templates with insufficient resolution for printing (blurred images), incorrect aspect ratios (cropped areas), etc.
If a scarf shows obvious defects such as stains or tears, GetYourScarf will take back the product, after which either the paid amount will be refunded or a free reprint will be provided.
3. Compensation for Damages
Claims for damages due to incorrect images, texts or other information, prices or delayed delivery are excluded.
4. Prices
Price changes are reserved. Price lists may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
5. Data Protection
We undertake not to sell your personal data to third parties. All personal data will be treated confidentially. The data necessary for business processing will be stored (print template, name, address, telephone, email).
Your print template remains your property and will not be shared or used otherwise. Only GetYourScarf and the affiliated partner company responsible for printing the scarves have access. Upon request, the print template will be permanently deleted after completion of the order.
When you use this website, the web servers record non-personal usage data. The log files provide information about your IP address, the last visited page, the browser used, the date, the time and the requested file. In addition, web analytics tools are used to optimize the website for the best possible user experience. The collected data is anonymous and cannot be assigned to specific individuals.
6. Images and Text
The images and texts are the property of GetYourScarf. Their use without explicit permission is prohibited.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
